Throughout my career, I have focused on building long term relationships, based on mutual respect and a desire to achieve "win/win" outcomes.

Understanding your client's business is critical to providing any advice. I want to understand what a client's or industry's risk priorities and objectives are before discussing potential solutions.

The property & casualty insurance industry, like many other industries, has unwittingly commoditized its products and services. The vicious cycle begins with the broker perceiving its value lies primarily in procuring the least expensive insurance. The broker then finds its fees and commissions undercut by another broker who has nothing to sell other than a cheaper fee. The client then finds that this cheaper fee is accompanied by less expertise and experience and the consequences that go with it. When the insurance product doesn't work as advertised, the client is jaded and cynical about the industry and concludes there's little or no value in the insurance product. As a result, they seek out the least expensive options and everything gets commoditized further.

It doesn't have to be this way.  I can help insureds, insurers and brokers "de-commoditize" their interactions with each other.
